Eligibility Requirements For AKSU Supplementary Form 2024/2025
Before applying for the AKSU Supplementary Form, candidates must meet specific criteria to avoid disqualification. Below are the key requirements:
- Candidates must have selected Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) as their First Choice Institution and scored 140 or higher in the 2023 UTME organized by JAMB.
- Applicants should possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings (WASSCE, NECO, or GCE).
- Candidates applying via Direct Entry (DE) must hold qualifications such as A’ Level, ND, NCE, HND, or a First Degree in related disciplines.

AKSU Screening Requirements
Candidates applying for AKSU admission must present the following documents during the screening process:
- The original 2024/2025 UTME result slip, clearly displaying the candidate’s photograph.
- To confirm the applicant’s age.
- To verify the applicant’s state of origin.
- Obtained from a government-approved hospital to confirm health status.
- The 2024 AKSU PUTME/DE registration confirmation slip.
Important Note: Candidates must ensure their results are uploaded to the university portal. Failure to do so will nullify their application.
How to Apply for the AKSU Supplementary Form 2024/2025
- Visit AKSU Portal.
- Click “START NOW” and then “Enroll”.
- Select the SUPPLEMENTARY ENTRY option.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and click the arrow to proceed.
- Pay the screening fee of ₦2,000.00 (excluding bank charges) using a debit card or bank deposit. If paying at the bank, repeat steps 1-3 after payment to continue the registration.
- Upload clear scanned copies of the required documents (UTME Result Slip, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Origin) in JPG format (size: 120KB–150KB).
- Review your application to ensure there are no mistakes.
- Generate and submit your application form.
