FUGUS Admission Requirements
To gain admission into the Federal University Gusau (FUGUS), you need to meet these requirements:
- You must have at least five credit passes in English, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects. These can be from SSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB, and you should not take more than two sittings to achieve this.
- Your UTME score should be 140 or more for the 2024/2025 session.
- You must be at least 16 years old when the admission process starts.
- Make sure your O’Level results are uploaded to JAMB.
- If you didn’t choose FUGUS as your first-choice school, you need to apply to JAMB to change your institution to FUGUS before applying.
- If you’re still waiting for your O’Level results, you are not allowed to apply.
To Apply for FUGUS Post UTME Form
- Visit the official FUGUS portal at putme.fugusau.edu.ng.
- Click on “Register for Screening” in the menu.
- Enter your JAMB number and click “Submit.”
- Fill out the form and generate an invoice with your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
- Go to any nearby commercial bank and make your payment using the RRR.
- After paying, log back into the portal using your JAMB number and RRR to complete the registration.
- Upload a recent passport photo in .jpeg format (maximum size of 20KB). Avoid formats like .png or .pdf as they won’t be accepted.
- Once done, download and print your online screening acknowledgment slip.
